We have a Synology NAS that would not power on. I called a number of computer repair shops, but none were familiar with these types of devices. When I called Computer Clinic they said that they were familiar with them and offered to have a look.
They were able to identify the problem and fix it at a very reasonable cost. Although I did not request rush service, they had it turned around within one day. They will have all my business from now on.

3/27/2020 I've been bringing my computers here for years. It's local and I've always been able to drop off my computer and most times it's been repaired and ready for pick-up same day. No matter who you talk to they are always pleasant and never make me feel dumb for not knowing what's wrong. Even better? To this point over countless visits there's never been a problem they couldn't resolve.

I want to thank you Dan and Scotty for helping me upgrade my Windows 7 computer(s) to Windows 10.
Your prices are fair and I appreciate that you itemize the prices of the work that will need to be done, allowing me to choose what I need and want but mostly that you talk in plain and easy to understand terms, so that even a 'dumb blonde' can grasp it. And Scotty even answered a few back-to-back phone questions as I was learning my new WIN10.
I highly recommend Brentech/Computer Clinic to any person that needs certified Microsoft expert help.

10/17/2019 My computer had been acting up for a while and I was getting worried since I use it for the office. I took my computer to Brentech, got a call 2 hours later saying my computer is in good shape, just needs more memory to keep up. They had my computer ready by the end of the SAME day I dropped it off and everything, parts and labor, was under 150.00!!! Before I came, someone else gave a quote of $400 and was told me I probably needed a new computer. These guys are honest and do incredible work! My computer is working like new and I couldn't be happier!!

11/13/2017 Brentech is a great locally owned company which provides exceptional customer service for clients. We have taken our business computers from Tate and Son contractors and our personal laptops in for services and always pleased with the speed of services and quality of repairs. The other day Brentech went above and beyond when our charger for a critical unit went down he helped us out while we were waiting for a replacement component. This is a shop that knows how to take care of its clients. As it turns out we have even worked for some of his family members in the PQ area as he set up shop in his own neighborhood to be close with family. Can't say enough about this place. Let's continue to shop our support with the local guys.

Dan was able to work through my problem very quickly, and I consider myself to be quite the tech person. Also, their hourly charge is reasonable. And I called around. 5/18/2017 Dan is the man. I have used Brentech and the computer clinic in the past two months. They helped me set up my office and did an excellent job. I was even out sick and Dan took over and "JUST HANDLED IT" He was honest and fair. When my sons computer got overwhelmed with virus's we dropped it off to the guys and they had it done in a day. This time, I was having issues with my computer bogging down. It was taking forever for my computer to boot up and the webpages were very slow to load.
